Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery on items that are unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return Email us at hi@jyara.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping Return shipping is a flat $6.50, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at hi@jyara.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — return shipping on us in that case.

Items that can't be returned For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
